Currently I am active in our Family Business; Cyclops Industries, Inc. since 1999, serving as President since 2001 after the passing of our Father Gene B. LeRoy. Company founded in 1959 by Grandfather Gene LeRoy and I now own our company with my 2 sisters Sharon and Sheila.

Our company has received several awards for our Exporting achievements from our State and US Dept. of Commerce, being awarded the US Export Achievement Recognition award from Senator Shelly Moore Catio. In 2022 we received recognition for Women Owned Small business of the year for the State of WV from the U.S. Dept. of Commerce in 2024. In 2026 we were awarded Small Manufacturer of the year by SBDC for the State of WV. I was formally active at the WV Chamber and served on 2 committees. Were a speaker and presenter in the 1st WV Women’s Leadership Summit, sponsored by the Chamber in December 2018.
