The District Export Council (DEC) of West Virginia is committed to promoting international trade and helping Mountain State businesses start, grow, and strengthen their export efforts. Our mission is to make exporting more accessible by connecting businesses with experienced professionals who understand the opportunities and challenges of global markets.
Working alongside the U.S. Commercial Service and other government partners, we provide practical guidance and trusted resources that help businesses expand beyond U.S. borders with confidence.
