Clark Egnor
Clark Egnor is Director of International Programs for the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, where he provides leadership and support for international education initiatives at public colleges and universities across the state. His work connects higher education internationalization with West Virginia’s broader export economy and foreign direct investment landscape.
A fluent speaker of Japanese and Spanish, Clark has lived and worked in Japan, Mexico, and China and has spent more than 30 years building international partnerships, exchange programs, and study abroad opportunities throughout West Virginia. He serves as a member of the West Virginia District Export Council and previously developed and taught Export Management at Marshall University in partnership with the WV DEC.
