Daniel Lew is a Commercial Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul where he counsels American companies entering the Korean market. The sectors he covers include energy, transportation, general industrial machinery and equipment, chemicals, education services, and travel and tourism. Before his position at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul, he served at the Department of Commerce U.S. Export Assistance Center in Los Angeles where he created trading opportunities for companies entering foreign markets from the West Coast of the United States. Lew graduated from the University of Chicago with an MBA degree and holds a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is fluent in the English and Korean languages.
